  • SEARCH IN THE DATA BANK AVAILABILITY OF SUFFICIENT CVS
  • IF NOT FOUND SUFFICIENT CANDIDATES IN THE DATA BANK JOB PORTALS, ADVERTISE THROUGH PROPER NEWS PAPERS & MEDIA AND HEAD HUNT UNTIL SUFFICIENT CV’s ARE PROCURED
  • SCREENING OF CANDIDATES AND LINING UP OF SUFFICIENT CANDIDATES AS PER THE CLIENT’S SPECIFICATION
  • PREPARE FOR FINAL INTERVIEW
  • CLIENT CONDUCTS INTERVIEW OR AUTHORISES AGENT TO CONDUCT TABLE INTERVIEW
  • IF REQUIRED CONDUCTS PRACTICAL TRADE TESTING
  • CANDIDATE’S CHARACTER SKETCH & JOB PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER
  • CANDIDATE UNDERGOES MEDICAL EXAMINATION
  • CANDATE IS SELECTED
