India is therefore rich in many areas, but the chief amongst them is wealth of trained personnel. India is the Centre Point of the largest Pool of Skilled Manpower.
Sri Lanka - Splendid Srilankan Manpower to Serve Multi-Nations.
The Island Nation of Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, comprises of two primary ethnic groups — the Sinhalese and the Tamils. Until colonial powers controlled Ceylon, Sinhalese and Tamil rulers fought for dominance over the island. This strife effectively divided the island into two parts. In the north, the primarily Hindu Tamils claimed control, while the south was predominantly Buddhist Sinhalese. Sri Lanka has a polupation of approximately 20.48 million.
PHILIPPINES – Ethnically Adaptable Workforce
The Philippines is a sovereign State in south-east Asia in the western Pacific Ocean.
With a population of more than 92 million people, the Philippines is the 7th most populated Asian country and the 12th most populated country in the world. Further, 12 million Filipinos live overseas. Multiple ethnicities and cultures are found throughout the island of Philippines.
In 1946, the Philippines attained independence. Thereafter, the country made a tie-up with Japanese collaborators for developmental projects.
BANGLADESH - Workforce that never withers in any weather
People's Republic of Bangladesh is a country in South Asia bordered by India and Myanmar and separated from Nepal and Bhutan by the Chicken’s Neck corridor, with an appoximate population of 150 million Bangladesh is a unitary parliamentary republic with an elected parliament. Bangladesh is the founding member of SAARC (the Developing 8 Countries). It contributes one of the largest peace-keeping forces to the United Nations. It is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement.
NEPAL – Workforce with Valour and Vigour
The picturesque Nepal liturgically bussing the feet of the sky-born Himalayas, ventured into export of Human Resources overseas towards close of last century. Nepal has a polupation of approximately 28 million.
History is that even the British used to hire out the valiant Nepalese Gorkhas to join their armed forces and the Gorkha Regime was established in the year 1815. Over the years, the standard of education of Nepal has gained tremendous improvement. The situation now is such that the demand for Nepali citizens for employment in the International segment, particularly in the Middle East, has increased manifold.
